Mercedes SLS (Track car)

This Mercedes touring/track car was fitted with a non-standard Ventureshield Paint Protection package due to the extra wide body and the non-standard panels of this car. However we custom installed the following items to the customers requirements. The front bumper had a slightly wider area than standard so this panel had to be made longer and also take into account the carbon fibre splitters in front of the front wheels. The front of the bonnet had a slightly deeper coverage than normal but still only had a part bonnet installation with the removal of the centre air duct and the bonnet catches. The front wing were again wider than standard and also had to be made wider and longer than standard to match up with the extended bonnet fitment. The headlights were standard so we were able to use the templated kit for these (The only piece we were able to use!). We also then covered the vulnerable areas of the lower side sill and the panel in front of the rear wheels to protect against stones and debris flying up from the front wheels when cornering. All of this was completed at the Pyro motorsport dealership in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
